In 4 years SWARM engineering team has built a swath of award winning digital products. From p2p mobile video streaming app, to the #1 ranked Apple TV app, to featured watch faces, machine learning implementations and developer productivity tools of our own. While the technical learning has been significant, learning how to push teachnical boundaries as a team has been a lot more rewarding. In this talk I share my learnings from in leading a diverse team to innovate quickly. What worked and what didn’t? The mistakes we made, the lessons learnt and what we're planning next.
