 Tech hiring is hard, and it’s only going to continue to get harder. In fact, according to The Robert Half 2018 Salary Guide, demand for tech hiring is expected to outpace supply for years to come. And, despite the fact that women outnumber men both in the US population and on college campuses, they hold less than 25% of tech jobs. Women technologist are out there. It’s our job to find them, hire them, and retain them. It’s my quest to teach you the proven framework you need to get started. It's called Listen-Look-Learn.
