“Leading Technical Projects for Humans” is all about helping managers understand how to lead technical people (as well as helping technical people understand how to be lead). It combines a lot of the knowledge that Jason has applied as lead for project with Amazon and Starbucks and am really excited to share. You can expect to walk away from this talk understanding how each member of your team operates at a high level, how to communicate effectively, how to solve problems and set goals together as a group as well as an increased understanding of the human side of making digital products.
